Within the gourmet half-board, enjoy a 4-course menu of choice every evening. The kitchen team surprise on a daily basis with new and exceptional creations and produce remarkable culinary delights.
For example, how about saddle of venison with truffle noodles and juniper foam or a leek quiche with peas, cranberries and French parsley? On request, you can enjoy the evening menu with a wine accompaniment, put together by qualified sommelier Martin Kuprian. Of course, you can also choose from additional á la carte dishes in the evening.
Dress code
We place great importance on the appropriate dress code for dinner in order to emphasise the special ambience of the hotel.
Therefore, please refrain from wearing bathing shoes, shorts, jogging trousers etc.
